Our history
Dedicated to the hospitality industry since 1990 in Madrid, Spain, after a long career that began with my training at the José Luis Hospitality School, followed by working as part of various chef teams in some of Madrid’s most prestigious restaurants. This fantastic learning experience equipped me with expertise in diverse culinary specialties: rice dishes, fish, seafood, pasta, grilled and roasted meats, Mediterranean cuisine, Castilian menus, Basque cuisine, Asian dishes, and creative cuisine.
Now, after a few years’ break here in Switzerland, and thanks to the encouragement of my great friend Antonio Canalejo and in collaboration with his unparalleled team of chefs, ‘The Art of Paellas’ is born for you. This new initiative brings our appetizers and paellas to your gatherings and celebrations. At Pablo’s Paella, we love cooking, and because we love what we do, we want to bring our unique style of cooking directly to your table.
